As a key Finance resource supporting NOAM Manufacturing operations, this role will work directly with the Plant Finance Managers across all day-to-day plant Accounting activities.  These activities cover Month End Close, Actuals Reporting and Forecasting along with other miscellaneous activities. 


1. Support the NOAM Plants in completing all Month End Close Activities. These activities include but are not limited to:

  • Production Yields Reconcilation and Reporting,
  • Variable Cost – Inventory Updates, Utility Reconciliations and Accruals, Distribution of Variances,
  • Fixed Cost –  Accrue for costs not posted, prepare reports and analysis,
  • Material Ledger Settlement,
  • Prepare Reports and initial analysis for review between Plants and Plant Finance,
  • Reconcile all Plant Finance Balance Sheet Accounts,

2. Support the Plant Finance Team for all forecasting cycles:

  • Maintaining the Volume and Pricing tables in SAP,
  • Updating BOMS and Recipes in SAP from Plant Provided Specifications,
  • Loading Plant Cost Center Budgets to SAP,
  • Calculate Fixed Cost Activity Rates,
  • Prepare cost runs in SAP and Extract Results of the cost run,
  • Consolidate and Report Costing Run results,

3.Maintain Plant Finance Master Data including:

  • Perform material creation steps from plant provided specifications,
  • Support In-Month Reviews and Performance Updates,
  • Manage CapEx Accrual/Deferral and Transfer process,
  • Provide support for all miscellaneous or ad Hoc request.



  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent),
  • 2-5 years in Accounting or Finance roles,
  • Proficiency in English,
  •  Experience in Forecasting and Budgeting process,
  • Able to see the wider context but also ‘deep dive’ into detail where necessary,
  • Sound judgment and problem analysis skills,
  • Confidence & experience in building financial models and business cases,
  • Advanced level in the use of Excel,
  • Experience in SAP or similar enterprise systems.
