Currently we are looking for exceptional SAP Automated Controls Lead to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland).




The successful candidate will join Risk and Controls Team as SAP Automated Controls Lead to ensure that automated controls environment is effective and continuously improved.





  • Work to optimize and automate Enterprise Controls Framework,
  • Act to design new robust SAP automated controls where any gaps are identified and propose improvements to SAP automated control design,
  • Work with business to create business requirements for SAP enhancements to improve controls framework,
  • Coordinate and drive cross functional business and IT teams to replace manual controls by SAP automated controls and  identify opportunities to strengthen controls framework by automations,
  • Resolve segregation of duties conflicts in SAP environment,
  • Cooperate with external/internal auditors throughout the year.




  • Expertise in SAP end-to-end processes: S2P, O2C, I2P and controls associated (proven by at least 5-year experience),
  • Experience in designing or validating  SAP automated controls for the following SAP modules is the must: FI, SD MM, PP and advantageous for CO, QM, TAX and HCM,
  • Technical skills in SAP modules adjustments/tailoring (SAP Business Analyst or Tester, or Administrator/Programmer background desirable) will be considered as an advantage,
  • Experience in leading the development of business control frameworks for SAP in medium or large organizations will be considered as advantage,
  • General understanding of business risks and internal controls framework in multinational organization within manufacturing sector,
  • Ability to communicate across both IT and the business to explain system configuration,
  • Ability to assess business risks and recommend appropriate controls
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10% of time),
  • Fluent English (both – speaking and in writing),
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an international environment.
