Currently we are looking for exceptional Centre of Excellence for SG&A Reporting Reporting & Analytics Specialist   to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland).

 

The Centre of Excellence for SG&A is a team of highly qualified analysts who are able to provide end to end finance support to their business partners with limited oversight. Our team cooperates very closely with our business partners and their finance teams around the globe to ensure that delivered information is meaningful and able to support business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting monthly results, variance analysis, forecasting, annual budgeting, and providing financial decision support to business partners.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and adhoc reports in scope,
  • Analyze the output of reports, validate and explain the numbers,
  • Participate, imitate and lead process improvements,
  • Ensure ontime delivery and reports quality targets are met,
  • Take part in the annual budgeting, planning and forecasting activities,
  • Supporting the finance team in understanding their variances to budget.

 

Performance measures:

  • Timely and accurate monthly functional cost reporting, forecasting and budgeting,
  • Delivery of insightful analysis to support management of costs within budget,
  • Have worked effectively with functions to ensure services are delivered within budget,
  • Supporting of high quality decision support, enhancing initiative outputs.

We expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in SSC/BPO in Finance or Accounting areas,
  • Interest in Management Accounting and Reporting – willingness to develop in that area,
  • Experience in SAP (BW/HFM is desirable),
  • Advanced excel knowledge,
  • Analytical skills on a high level,
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and writing,
  • High level of customer and communication skills,
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
