Currently we are looking for exceptional Recruitment Advisor to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland).

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the excellent level of service in terms of recruitment as well as bringing advisory for hiring managers in terms of proper recruitments including training and supporting them. Additionally will take care and building the brand of the company on local market.    

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Prepare internal and external job advertisements based on delivered job descriptions
  • Provide direct search via available tools (database, referral policy, LinkedIn)
  • Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality
  • Interview, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies
  • Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept the position
  • Track and report on recruitment data ( KPI’s)
  • Work with HR manager on development of actions and strategy related to recruitment
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.
  • Cooperate with student’s organization to build brand and promote the company

Additionally

  • Support the internal training’s program
  • Support HR manager in working on retention – exit interviews
  • Be a person supporting HR manager in terms of his/her absences
  • Participation in internal projects related to strengthening employees engagement.
  • To provide advisory for employees on daily basis.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Recruitment experience – ideally in SSC / BPO environment
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and in writing
  • Expertise in Success Factor will be an advantage
  • Great teamwork and communication skills
  • Analytical skills on a high level – supporting in problems solving
  • Recruitment trainings
