Currently we are looking for exceptional R2R & Analytics Process Leader to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland) 


Responsible for General Ledger Process oversight and ensuring team’s performance within assigned timelines and requirements.


Core responsibilities:

  • Supervision and monitoring of General Ledger month end close process
  • Serve as a main point of contact for Plant Finance Managers in terms of GL related questions/issues
  • Ensure BSAR represents true view of entities position. Organize regular review session and ensure agreed actions are implemented
  • Provide support and insight on people management aspects to team Supervisor
  • Build strong working relationships with business partners to manage accounting issues
  • Educates, trains and supports R2R accountants in all aspects of their jobs
  • Ensure quality controls are executed for the agreed scope of reporting
  • Continuous improvements to systems and processes in place to ensure best practice, optimum effectiveness and efficiency
  • Liaison with customers both internal and external
  • Act as a Supervisor back up during his/her absence. Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor/Manager
  • Validate correctness of process related KPIs, propose corrective actions for metrics being below the target



  • Two + years of best-practice experience of the general ledger gained in an international organization (ideally shared services).
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent courses
  • Knowledge of SAP & HFM
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and in writing
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
