Currently we are looking for exceptional HR Analyst to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland)




The overall purpose of the job is to support the Compensation & Benefits and Talent Centres of Excellence with analytical services (data and process analysis and execution). Ensuring data quality and process governance, excellent customer service and processes excellence of C&B and Talent processes will be a priority of the role. 


Core responsibilities including:


Compensation & Benefits scope:

  • Administering C&B processes for annual merit (salary review) and bonus cycle and reporting (e.g. including preparation of calibration spreadsheets for business review, creating reports post calibration and effecting approved changes in SAP)
  • Maintaining records for annual compensation plans and creating letters for participation and award (bonus and merit letters)
  • Preparing various reports and analyses as per reporting calendar and on request
  • Responsible for overall system delivery and activation of merit and bonuses
  • Serving as information source regarding pay practices and policies for merit and bonus incentives (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Participating in the maintenance and development of Compensation related processes and HR Information System initiatives
  • Resolving problems/issues arising from the processes and systems perspective as primary HR support contact
  • Conducting data audits and liaising with other HR departments to ensure data accuracy


Talent & Organizational Development (OD) scope:

  • Administering Succession Planning annual cycle
  • Supporting Performance Appraisal annual cycle
  • Supporting Engagement Surveys global process
  • Preparing various reports and analyses as per reporting calendar and on request (incl. predictive analytics against a range of Talent & OD data for the Company and completing special analytical projects as required by the Global Talent & OD team
  • Providing advice and resolving issues that arise during administration of Talent processes (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Conducting Talent data audits and liaising with other HR departments to ensure data accuracy
  • Participating in the maintenance and development of Talent related processes and HR Information System initiatives





  • A qualification in HR, administration or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR back office
  • Experience with working in C&B and/or Talent areas is desirable
  • Fluent English
  • Understanding of C&B and Talent HR areas
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills (including excellent Excel skills) is a must
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan a variety of tasks and  meeting deadlines
  • Ability to identify, decipher and summarize business requirements for technical deployment
  • Ability to liaise across the organisation and maintain effective working relationships
  • High work ethics standard (incl. ability to maintain the confidentiality of information)
  • HR information systems experience is a plus (SAP)
