Currently we are looking for exceptional HR Administrator to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland)

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for support HR transactional processes in EMEA plus selected local HR administration processes and reporting. This varies from maintaining the employee database and organizational structure in the SAP system for employees and contractors to creating all kinds of reports on business requests. 

 

On daily basis, you will be cooperating with HR offices and employees/managers across EMEA.

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Starter / leaver process administration
  • HR Employee Master Data management
  • Organizational structure maintenance
  • Recruitment and employee performance management process administrative (system) support
  • Advisory service – responding to new starter/employee/manager queries
  • Management reporting - creating various global and regional reports on structured and ad-hoc basis

 

 

Requirements:

  • 1 year of professional experience in HR, Administration or Finance, preferably as HR administrator or similar
  • Fluent English (a must)
  • Good Excel user
  • SAP HR module (desirable) 
  • Customer service oriented
  • Experience of data entry & processing using SAP or other ERP system
  • Solid reporting and analytical skills
  • Team player with ability to liaise across the organization and maintain effective working relationships
