Currently we are looking for Global Operations Reporting Analyst to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland)


This role is to key to delivering the short term objectives of the project from initiation, development of requirements and feasibility, through to implementation and embedding into the business.


Core objectives:

  • Develop cost of product and cost of sales
  • Develop variance reporting
  • Develop forecasting tool/database to update standard costs more efficiently
  • Identify any necessary SAP configuration changes to support additional data visibility in the above
  • Develop inventory reporting
  • Develop wider GO reporting roadmap (including transportation and warehousing costs and procurement)
  • Identify capital needed for any systemisation, automation or configuration changes to support additional data visibility in BW
  • Assess need for systemised forecasting ability


Core responsibilities:

  • Support the GO Reporting Manager to deliver the short term objectives noted above
  • Understand and develop the new GO reporting requirements, utilise ISIT expertise to ensure they can be delivered from SAP/BW (with necessary configuration changes flagged and made as needed)
  • Manage the development and embedding of new ways of working in GSS to support the delivery of the new reporting in the month end close process
  • Ensure any necessary data remediation activities are undertaken to build confidence in the data



  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent courses with experience
  • Fluent  English is a must, other language is  a plus
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to collaboratively come to an agreed solution 
  • Proven ability to develop and understand new reporting processes
  • Ability to suggest and propose new ideas, and to assist/ shape/ develop enhancement proposals put forward by others
  • Experience of working in a Global Operations
  • Excellent understanding of SAP and Material Ledger Close
  • Comfortable and confident working across all levels of the organisation
  • Finance professional, CIMA (or equivalent)
