Currently we are looking for exceptional Financial Analyst in Procurement team to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland).

 

The successful candidate will be providing insightful support, analyses, commentary, and facilitate the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes working closely with procurement and finance team.

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide support on financial decision making through the use of data, information, and business understanding
  • Work with Category Managers and Regional Teams to identify, validate, forecast and drive cost savings and track price variances).  In doing so leverage all financial systems (specifically SAP) and Excel skills to create repeatable tools, methods, and processes to:

Accurately measure the projected savings of procurement initiatives versus an appropriate baseline

Log and track the projected savings plans appropriately in the Procurement Plan SharePoint (or successor system)

Implement systematic ‘post-validations’ as follow up after project implementation to insure that projected savings are being realized

  • Function as the primary Procurement Finance contact for the EMEA and ASPAC Region Procurement Teams as well as the GSS Procurement Team in Lodz
  • Conduct analyses of opportunities, deals, trade-offs and complexity reduction options.
  • Support the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes (including S&OP and AOP), by managing Procurement Finance’ Materials Files used to provide cost projections to the plants and Global Operations Finance

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in finance area
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Priority setting
  • Drive for Results
  • Good working knowledge of SAP
  • Ability prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment; ability to meet deadlines
  • Sound judgment and problem analysis skills
  • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
  • MS Office, especially Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level)
  • University degree
