Currently we are looking for exceptional Senior Direct Tax Specialist to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland)

 

Tax Team located in Łódź is responsible for various tasks from two main areas: Tax Compliance and Tax Systems. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work within direct tax complaince area in creative and international environment. 

 

Core responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and work on transition of new scope of direct reporting activities
  • Complete/review all Direct tax related accounting activities upon which Direct tax returns depends, including control checks of transactional data to identify any errors or anomalies
  • Review and timely submission of various direct tax reports to the controllers
  • Ensuring timely calculations and submission of migrated monthly, quarterly and annual tax provisions;
  • Support in the year-end tax reporting processes
  • Monitor the Income Tax Accounts throughout the year for accuracy and completeness. Assists with the GL reconciliation of direct tax accounts.
  • Ensuing timely submission of direct tax key performance indicators;
  • Support for tax audits as well as support for providing data for all audit queries
  • Ownership for all compliance aspects within assigned scope

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proved experience in direct tax area for minimum 2-3 years
  • Knowledge of international direct tax standards
  • University degree (Law, Economy, Finance, Accounting preferable)
  • Project management skills
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specially Excel tool
  • Knowledge of SAP , other ERP systems would be beneficial
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluent English
