Currently we are looking for Customer Advocacy Representative to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland)

Successful candidate will be supporting our customers from EMEA region.


Core responsibilities:

  • To ensure Customer information is accurate and kept up to date,
  • To simplify access to information and maintain one source of the truth,
  • Provide technical resources to customers, responding to quality related customer requests and resolution of quality and technical related issues with customers,
  • Coordinate customer audits with quality group and customer,
  • Resolves quality complaints with customers,
  • Approves product returns, customer specifications and special requirements,
  • Works closely with sales and customer service related to customer/product issues.



  • Univercity degree in Science or related field,
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to speak English fluently is critical and other languages preferred (French, Italian or German),
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP,
  • Laboratory experience desired,
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks at one time.
