Currently we are looking for exceptional Centre of Excellence for SG&A Finance Analyst to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland).

 

The Centre of Excellence for SG&A is a team of highly qualified analysts who are able to provide end to end finance support to their business partners with limited oversight. Our team cooperates very closely with our business partners and their finance teams around the globe to ensure that delivered information is meaningful and able to support business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting monthly results, variance analysis, forecasting, annual budgeting, and providing financial decision support to business partners. On a daily basis, you will to be able to develop a business partnering skillset to provide end to end finance support to the functions.

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Support business partners in understanding their cost base and variances to budget, through creation of value added analysis of results and action focused outputs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and finding solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Support all business partners in delivery of global finance initiatives, building a best practice approach to SG&A cost reporting and analysis.
  • Work with the GL team to ensure the monthly accounts are successfully closed, reconciled and reported
  • Recharge and accrual approval
  • Lead the annual budgeting, planning and forecasting activities of SG&A costs for specific functions.
  • Be a trusted finance business partner to the functional heads and other members of the functional leadership teams, providing a financially biased lens and decision support to functional initiatives.
  • Support various adhoc requests
  • Assist project experts in day to day activities
  • Seek ways to continually improve service levels through efficiency gains and stakeholder feedback.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in SSC/BPO
  • Degree/diploma in Finance or Accounting
  • Knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse and Hyperion
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Advance skills on MS Office applications, including MS Access, and especially Excel (V-Look-Ups, Pivots, etc)
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and in writing, and one of other European language
