Tate & Lyle is looking for a Product Manager who is responsible for managing and the performance of its natural high intensity sweeteners portfolio in NOAM region. The role is mainly asset and value chain facing. The PM drives a sustainable and profitable growth for the product lines. He/she fosters and supports the optimisation of the full value chain in collaboration with Procurement, GO, SC, ICD and the Global/Regional Category Management. He/she is B2B product centric with all know-how to his/her portfolio including market and competitive intelligence. He/she supports the Global PM and if needed Regional Category Managers in the translation from Category into Product and vise versa. Short and mid term product strategies and tactics are defined and implemented by him/her.

Main accountabilities |
1. Product P+L Sustainable profitable growth through product P+L lens. Accountable for growing the business in particular CM/GP. 2. Product Strategies Defines and implements product based strategies and tactics 3. Pricing Close collaboration with Pricing for definition of target margins, price bands and product pricing strategies, focus cost plus side. 4. Portfolio Management Optimization and maintenance of the portfolio on SKU level 5. Value Chain Management Identifies and realises optimisation potential in collaboration with GO functions. Strongly involved to manage and resolve products claims for instance. 6. Planning Supports and leads the S&OP content of his/her product line, 5 year planning, AOP, tactical planning, allocation of products 7. Market and Competitive Intelligence Jointly with MI/CI defines and monitors markets and competition and their developments. 8. Innovation Contributes to the NPD pipeline, business planning. Plays a key role in the preparation of the launch plans and packages to ensure readiness for launch.
