ROLE PURPOSE

 

The purpose of the S2P Analyst is to leverage internal and external Procurement Systems, Tools, and Processes and drive continuous improvement in the support and execution of overall Center of Excellence strategy.  Using such solutions as listed, develop data to become important information and insights that help analyze what happened and why, and allow stakeholders to shape what will happen relating to contracts, suppliers, and internal customers. 

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Serve as the administrator for the Procurement team’s systems. Including Zycus Procurement Suite, D & B Supplier Risk Tool, DocuSign, SharePoint and Team Website
  • Support Procurement Team in the development and standardization of processes, operating procedures and templates to facilitate use of group systems and tools
  • Work with buyers to support the Category Teams to provide streamlined data analysis for development of category plan, business cases, sourcing activities, process improvements, and CI initiatives. Using Zycus and SAP data as necessary, to support the direction of the GCM.
  • Prepare and support the monthly analysis and dashboard data in support of KPI Reporting, Category Strategies and CI initiatives.
  • Provide and coordinate training in the use of procurement systems and tools
  • Manage the Procurement Team SharePoint, serve as the site Architect and Administrator
  • Initiate Continuous Improvement projects to drive process efficiency and cost savings
  • Serve as a SAP super user for the Procurement Team
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

  • Successful utilization and data integrity of the Procurement Systems, Tools and Processes in conjunction with the preparation of monthly reporting deliverables
  • Successful deployment of training in the use of procurement systems and tools
  • Accurate and timely management information

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s / University Degree
  • Appropriate qualifications in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
  • SharePoint architecture experience
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced knowledge with procurement software solutions, Zycus experience would be a plus
  • Proven knowledgeable experience with Source to Pay processes
  • Project management experience is required
  • Ability to build credibility with stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with others
  • Advanced SAP Procurement module knowledge
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint experience required
  • Experience with Zycus, Ariba, or Coupa, required
  • Experience with risk management tools and document management tools preferred
  • Sound and proven problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with varied delivery dates
