Role Purpose

 

To provide first class administrative support to the President of the Bulk Ingredients Group

 

Main Responsibilities and Duties

·                  Diary management of a global business where contacts work in different time zones

·                  Follow-up on pending matters with limited direction

·                  Global travel arrangements and related expense reports

·                  Organize events and meetings with up to 50-400 participants at local and overseas locations

·                  Prepare presentations and take ownership when working on short notice and limited guidance

·                  Prepare meeting agendas take and send out minutes

·                  Monitor follow-up of actions

·                  Produce documents, briefings and reports

·                 Involvement in smaller projects

 

Experience:

·                 Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role and supporting a president or a board member

·                 Ability to filter high volume of information

·                 Experience in a global business and operating with various time zones and cultures        

·                 Highly experienced in using Outlook Calendar and MS-Office, SAP and ERP Software                  

·                 Excellent oral and written communication skills

·                 Experienced in event organization and management

                   Ability to demonstrate good judgment, and discretion in handling internal and external stakeholders

·                  Well organized
